My name is Jason. I would describe myself as patient, approachable, and motivated and understand that every student faces challenges in their own way, so I always try to create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and pushing themselves further. Tutoring has taught me not only how to guide others academically but also how to encourage resilience and independent thinking. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy cooking and sports, which often inspires the way I teach and connect with learners. My specialisations are in Maths and Chemistry, where I particularly enjoy guiding students through problem-solving techniques, exam preparation strategies, and practical applications of theory.

I have been tutoring with GoStudent for almost a year now, having formerly worked at museums, churches and summer camps. I enjoy working with children and am a current Sunday-School teacher and former volunteer with several youth charities. I also have two years of classroom experience with Years 2 and 3, but am happy to work with children of any age, teaching English, Maths, History, Latin, and RE. Hello! My name is Zoha, and I'm currently navigating through my masters year in my Pharmaceutical Chemistry Degree. I have just finished a year in industry working as a formulations chemist at Domino Printing Sciences, Cambridge - from which I can offer real-world insights that enhance understanding and make lessons even more engaging. I now serve as a peer mentor - once again - on my course, where I support fellow students in navigating student life and academic studies.
