I’m a medical student with a strong passion for education and helping others succeed academically. Over time, I’ve developed effective learning strategies and a deep understanding of biology, chemistry, maths, economics, English all of which I’m eager to share. I'm highly organised, patient and committed to making a difference with all my tutees. I attended Shree Academy, where I completed my international GCSEs and A levels, achieving exemplary grades allowing me to pursue my medical career. I am currently a fourth-year medical student striving to be the best doctor I possibly can be in order to fulfil my passion for saving lives and providing all-encompassing healthcare.

Hi! My name is Lucy and I'm 22 years old from the North East. I am currently completing my Masters in Developmental Psychology and have a deep interest in education and teaching. My background in psychology has helped me to gain a deep understanding of how young people learn and how best to explain tricky concepts. In my free time I enjoy reading, pilates and spending time with my dog! I look forward to getting to know you and helping you to reach your full potential :) I am currently a Masters student at Sheffield Hallam University, studying Developmental Psychology. I am expected to receive a Merit grade. Previous to this, I did my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Sheffield Hallam and achieved a 2:1 grade. Hi, I'm Komal! I tutor Italian, Maths (GCSE, both Foundation and Higher), Primary English, A-Level Law, and A-level Psychology. Through my Psychology degree, I studied motivation theories in depth, and I draw on this when helping students build revision strategies that genuinely work for them, whether that's a sense of progress, clear goals, or feeling in control of their own learning. I also served as my university's Students' Union President, which sharpened my communication and organisational skills. My goal is to make lessons practical, encouraging, and tailored to how you learn best. A little more about me: I'm a native Italian speaker and also fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, and English, so I love working with students from a range of language backgrounds. Due to my own background, I understand firsthand what it's like to adapt to a new curriculum and language of instruction, and I use that experience to help my students feel confident rather than overwhelmed. I completed my primary and middle school education in Italy before moving to the UK in Year 10, which gave me a strong foundation in Italian language and culture alongside adapting quickly to the English education system. Despite the transition, I achieved an 8 in GCSE Maths, and I'm comfortable teaching both Foundation and Higher level content as a result. I went on to study A-level Maths in college, before graduating with a First Class degree in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University. This academic background means I can confidently support students in Maths, Psychology, and beyond, while also drawing on my multilingual background to help with Italian and English language learning.

Hi! I’m Beth, it’s lovely to meet you! I can help you out with maths and science subjects and my aim is to give you the confidence and understanding to do the best that you can in your exams. I will work through difficult areas with you until you are confident and it is no longer anything to worry about. I completed my A-levels in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths a couple of years ago and achieved 4 A* grades. Before that, I achieved 11 grade 9s at GCSE, including Further Maths and Triple Science. I’m now doing a degree apprenticeship in Digital Technology Solutions BSc while working as an IT consultant. Some of my hobbies/interests include sailing, dog agility and pilates.
