Hi! My name is Fatima and Iām a passionate and experienced tutor specialising in Science, Maths, and English for KS3, GCSE, and A-Level students. Iām currently a final year university student, and outside of academics, I enjoy reading fiction, especially classic literature and psychological thrillers. Iād describe myself as being supportive, patient, and curious, and Iām always up for discovering new things or helping others do the same. I achieved A*s and As in Science, Maths, and English at GCSE, and an A in A-Level English Literature. Iāve been tutoring since 2020, and Iāve delivered over 400 online lessons through platforms like MyTutor and private tutoring. I specialise in Science, Maths, and English for KS3, GCSE, and A-Level, with a strong focus on building subject understanding, exam technique, and academic confidence. Iāve supported students with a wide range of needs and abilities and helped many achieve significant improvements in their grades.

Since joining GoStudent back in April 2023, Iāve had the incredible privilege of tutoring for over two years ā and what a journey it has been! In that time, Iāve not only grown as a teacher but also as a communicator, motivator, and lifelong learner. My lessons are anything but āone-size-fits-all.ā Every session is designed to spark curiosity, encourage outside-the-box thinking, and make learning genuinely enjoyable. I love giving students (and their families) the chance to shape the direction of our lessons ā because when learning feels personal, progress happens naturally. For me, the most rewarding part of tutoring is watching students go from āI canātā to āI can.ā Whether itās tackling tricky topics, preparing for exams, or simply rediscovering a love for learning, Iām here to celebrate every step forward and keep that momentum going. I studied at the UCL School of Pharmacy, where I am currently preparing to sit my final MPharm exams following a recent gap period. In October 2022, I proudly graduated with a First-Class MSci in Pharmaceutical Studies, a course that challenged me academically while also sparking my curiosity for problem-solving and research. Beyond the textbooks, Iāve always believed that learning should be creative and enjoyable. Thatās why youāll often find me making colourful, artsy study notes (which are slowly turning into a revision blog!), or bringing a creative twist into my lessons to help tricky concepts click. My education hasnāt just been about exams and grades ā itās also taught me how to stay curious, resilient, and open-minded, and I try to pass that on to every student I work with.
