Hi, I’m Teacher Camille, a passionate and committed Mathematics teacher! I enjoy guiding students to appreciate the wonders of maths through engaging and creative lessons. My aim is to make every class enjoyable with interactive tasks, practical examples, and thought-provoking problems that inspire curiosity and boost confidence. During my free time, I like playing Scrabble and chess to keep my mind active and imaginative. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education and have 7 years of experience teaching and tutoring students of different ages. I’ve taught high school Mathematics and also worked with primary learners, helping them build strong foundational skills and confidence in problem-solving. I enjoy designing lessons that connect maths to real-life situations, making each topic meaningful and engaging. My experience has also strengthened my communication and creative thinking skills, which I integrate into my teaching to make lessons both effective and enjoyable. I’m currently studying sociology at the University of the West of England in Bristol to become a teacher of sociology in the future! I love music- especially dance music- as well as animals (definitely a dog person!) and nature. My free time is usually spent going out with friends, playing video games, and going on walks. I am currently studying at UWE Bristol. Prior to this I studied at KLB at A-Level and GCSE. I have A-Level qualifications in sociology, psychology, and English literature. During my gap year I spent time working at my old secondary school/sixth form and have a year’s experience in tutoring both 1 on 1 and in small groups

I am an experienced maths tutor based in Glasgow. I received my maths degree from the University of Glasgow and have tutored and range of age groups from primary school age, through to high school and also undergraduate. I am passionate about learning and believe that learning is about enjoyment and practicality. I enjoy helping people succeed and ultimately seeing people become more confident within themselves. I have a honours degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Glasgow with a particular specialisation in applied mathematics and am currently working towards my second degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Stirling.
