Hi, I'm Rafaela, a 19 year old university student who believes learning should be engaging and built on a genuine connection. I grew up in an international school abroad providing me with a diverse range of knowledge on different cultures as well as a broader perspective. At school I was head girl, providing me with leadership qualities as well as experience working with students from a wide range of year groups. When I’m not tutoring or studying, you'll probably find me at the gym with my friends, playing netball, reading a new book or baking something sweet. My hobbies not only bring me joy but they have taught me valuable lessons. For example, I have learnt both in and outside of school that practice does make perfect, and that nothing is impossible but instead sometimes a difficult journey to success. I am in my second year of a four year course, meaning i will graduate in 2028. Prior to this, i completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma programme for my last two years of school, receiving 36 points overall, with a 6 in higher level English. I also received 10 GCSE's, 6 A's and 4 A*s in 2022, getting A*s in both English Language and English Literature. My experience with tutoring has only ever been specific to English. I have tutored privately for two separate families, for children ranging between 5 - 13 years old. I first started tutoring English in 2020 and have been on and off tutoring for 5 years. Other work i have completed before has also been children specific, babysitting and netball coaching meaning i have lots of experience coaching and working with a large range of age groups.

Hi, I'm Savannah Stanislaus, I'm 23 years old and I am a recent graduate from the University of Oxford with a BA in German.
