Hi there, my name is Callum Brennan, and I'm a student of modern languages at Maynooth University in Ireland. I've been studying German for the last nine years and have spent two semesters on a study abroad programme in Germany as a part of my degree. I tend to lean into more student lead forms of learning and will try my best to make learning german as interesting and fun as possible for everyone involved! I completed my primary and Secondary education in the greater Naas area in county Kildare. In secondary school I Studied German and Japanese as foreign language subjects as well as all the usual core subjects, Music, Engineering and chemistry. I completed my junior certificate in 2018 after receiving a german language award from Maynooth university, and graduated from Pipers Hill College secondary school in the summer of 2021. Since then I have been studying German and French as foreign Languages through a BA Degree programme in Maynooth University.

I’ve always had a strong passion for learning and teaching, especially when it comes to Maths and Physics. I graduated from the International Baccalaureate with a score of 41 out of 45, which is equivalent to AAA at A-Level. I scored 7 out of 7 in Physics HL and 6 out of 7 in Maths AA, which is one of the most challenging maths courses in the IB. Before that, I completed my IGCSEs with A* across all subjects. Hello. My name is Darren Beech and I have been a Science Teacher for 26 years. I have taught all three science specialisms at key stage 3 (Biology, Chemistry and Physics), Biology and Chemistry at GCSE and A level Biology. I have taught all ability ranges over these years and have had exemplary success with the students in my classes. Having left main school teacher in the summer of 2025 to care for a disabled parent, I have moved into tutoring to continue passing on my passion for science and to help continue to get students to progress through their qualifications Having completed my GCSE;s (1992) and A levels (1995), I moved to the University of Derby to complete a BSC (HONS) degree in Biology (1998) and then onto a PGCE (Secondary science) with DeMontfort University (1999). My name is Mustafa, I’m 19 years old and an aspiring medical student with a strong passion for science and learning.
