I'm a dedicated and patient tutor with a strong passion for helping students build confidence and achieve academic success. I have achieved high grades in both GCSEs and A-levels, and have worked with a range of students. Whether a student needs help preparing for exams, catching up in class, or wants to get ahead, I focus on creating a positive and supportive learning environment. My goal is to help students improve their grades while also inspiring curiosity and helping them form strategies for success. I have completed both my GCSEs and A-Levels in the UK, achieving strong results across a range of academic subjects. At GCSE level, I studied core subjects including English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, and the Sciences, along with Citizenship, Geography, French and RE, which gave me a well-rounded academic foundation. For A-Levels, I chose to pursue Biology, English Literature and Politics, which not only deepened my subject knowledge but also developed my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. I am looking forward to studying law at university in October.

Hi there! My name is Eve and I am currently a university student who loves learning, meeting new people and helping others. I’d describe myself as a fun and friendly person who’s always ready to laugh and I am here to make studying feel more enjoyable. I know that learning can feel intimidating or challenging, but I believe it’s all about finding the approach that works best for you. I’ve always been passionate about sport and the outdoors. Whether it’s playing football, skiing or going for a walk in nature, being active helps me stay positive, focused and motivated. I try to bring that same energy into tutoring — encouraging students to stay determined, celebrate progress, and see that every small step counts. When I’m not tutoring or being active, I love to listen to music, watching a good series and spending time with friends. I’m a big believer in work-life balance — working hard but also prioritising enjoying life and rest. As a tutor, I aim to create a calm and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes and learn at their own pace. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I adapt my sessions to suit each student’s needs. Most importantly, I want my students to enjoy the process and feel proud of their progress. I’m looking forward to meeting new students, getting to know them and their individual journeys and I’m excited to work together to build their confidence and reach their end goals. I have always been passionate about learning and challenging myself academically. I have a strong academic background, having achieved 11 GCSEs and three A-levels in Biology, Geography, and Physical Education. These subjects allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how the human body functions, how we interact with the environment and the importance of health and well being — areas that continue to inspire me in day-to-day life. My A-levels built a strong foundation in scientific thinking, analysis and problem-solving, all of which I continue to apply in my current studies. I am now studying Sport Rehabilitation at university, a course that combines my love for sport, science and helping others. It has given me valuable insights into human anatomy, injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques, as well as how physical activity supports both physical and mental health. Through my degree, I’ve learned not only the theory behind human biology and movement but also how to apply this knowledge in practical, real-world situations. My academic journey has taught me the importance of perseverance, curiosity, and maintaining a positive attitude toward learning. I’m proud of the progress I’ve made so far and I am excited to keep building on my knowledge. As a student and tutor, I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with others, helping them understand complex topics in a clear and engaging way, and showing that learning can be both enjoyable and rewarding.

For my A-Levels, I studied History, Chemistry, and Biology, along with AS-Level Mathematics. These subjects provided me with a deep understanding of both the sciences and humanities, allowing me to approach learning with a well-rounded perspective. In addition to my A-Levels, I completed an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), which helped refine my research and analytical skills, and an ASDAN qualification, which further developed my independent learning abilities. Currently, I am a medical student at Plovdiv Medical University, where I am pursuing my passion for medicine with a keen interest in Surgery and Clinical Research. My studies require a strong grasp of scientific concepts, problem-solving, and communication, all of which I bring into my teaching. Having successfully navigated the rigorous process of getting into medical school, I understand what it takes to excel in subjects like Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and I enjoy helping students master these subjects with confidence. Through my experience tutoring GCSE students, my peers, and younger medical students, I have developed the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way. Hi, Im Lia! I'm a second year psychology student at Loughborough University. Studying psychology, I am constantly learning about people and the way that our brains work both individually and together. This includes studying the most effective ways to learn and recall information. My AS and A-Levels consisted of 3 core subjects, so I have an array of expertise when it comes to exam technique. With my goal of becoming a secondary teacher, I am really looking forward to bringing my passion and enthusiasm to the virtual classroom. I already have a few years experience tutoring secondary students, so have discovered firsthand the best ways to engage and assist my students in whatever way they need. I am a strong believer in the importance of practicing exam questions and their structure when it comes to revision. Therefore within my sessions, I will discuss areas and topics that you may be finding more difficult, find a new way to explain it to you, and finally complete as many past paper questions surrounding the topic, to ensure that you receive all the marks, and therefore the grades that you deserve. I'm excited to hear from you! I studied an AS in Maths (Grade A), and essential core subjects at A-level: English Literature and Language (Grade A*), Psychology (Grade A*) and Biology (Grade A). I am currently studying BSc Psychology at Loughborough University, and once having graduated next year, am look to further my teaching career by completing a secondary PGCE in Science with Biology at University of Cambridge.

Hi! I’m Aswin, a 5th-year medical student at Imperial College London. I tutor GCSE and A-Level Biology, Chemistry, and Maths, and also support students applying to medical school with UCAT, interviews, and personal statements. My teaching style is calm, supportive, and tailored to each student — helping them build confidence, understand topics clearly, and succeed in exams and applications. I attended Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School, where I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. I’m now a fifth-year medical student at Imperial College London, where I’ve also completed an intercalated BSc in Biomedical Engineering. I’m currently finishing my MBBS degree and have been actively involved in peer teaching — particularly supporting Year 3 students with OSCEs and clinical skills. My academic background has given me a strong foundation in both science and communication, and I use that to support students preparing for exams, university applications, and medical school itself.
