I’m Kyle Aron Tan, and I’m excited to support you on your English learning journey. I’m a certified TEFL holder with over two years of experience teaching learners from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels. In our sessions, I focus on helping you communicate clearly and confidently. I specialize in building speaking confidence, improving pronunciation, and guiding you to express your ideas in a structured and logical way. My background in debate and public speaking also helps me teach you how to organize your thoughts and communicate with clarity. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, going to the gym, and engaging in debate. Reading helps me continuously learn new ideas and perspectives that I can bring into my lessons. Fitness keeps me disciplined and energized, which allows me to stay focused and positive during classes. I also enjoy writing, public speaking, and debate because they help me reflect, organize my thoughts better, and become a more effective communicator and instructor. Our lessons will be tailored to your goals, pace, and learning style. Together, we’ll strengthen your fluency, build your confidence, and make steady, meaningful progress. I’m looking forward to meeting you in class and starting this journey together. See you soon! I am a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Legal Management program, which provided me with a strong foundation in law, governance, and business principles. My academic journey developed my competencies in legal research, critical analysis, policy review, and professional writing, equipping me to approach complex issues with both analytical and practical perspectives. Beyond the classroom, I actively engaged in student leadership, serving as a Student Regent and Student Council President, where I represented the student body in high-level discussions, contributed to policy-making, and helped implement initiatives that supported academic and student welfare. These roles strengthened my skills in leadership, communication, and decision-making, while reinforcing my commitment to ethical governance and collaborative work. In addition, I am a national debater and a debate trainer for national-level competitors, experiences that have further refined my abilities in argumentation, strategic thinking, public speaking, and evidence-based advocacy. My educational background, combined with hands-on leadership and competitive debating experience, has prepared me to contribute effectively in professional environments that require legal knowledge, organizational management, and strong interpersonal skills.

Hello, My name is Siviwe Msibi, I am a very social person, an animal lover and a very practical person. I love logical debates and have a great time reading up on facts I do not know. My personality is closely linked to my hobbies and this is attributed to my upbringing. I grew up in a very lively environment. This has made me very adventurous and am a risk taker. For my primary education, I started in Eswatini, then after a year went to South Africa in the upper foundational phase. This gave me a perspective of different educational environments, Piggs Peak Primary [2003 - 2004] Mooifontein Primary [2004 - 2005] Laerskool Kreft Primary [2005 - 2010] Sir Pierre Van Ryneveld High School [2011 - 2015] University Of South Africa [2017 - Present]

Hi, I’m Eva Daniels, a passionate and friendly English teacher who believes learning should feel exciting, meaningful, and empowering. I guide students to build confidence through interactive discussions, role-playing, and creative activities that connect English to real-life situations. I love helping learners discover how language can open opportunities, express ideas clearly, and strengthen their voice. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, singing, and playing the guitar, which keep me inspired and bring fresh energy and creativity into my teaching. I graduated with a degree in Tourism Management, where I developed strong skills in communication, cultural awareness, and professional presentation. My studies trained me to interact with diverse people, adapt to different needs, and communicate effectively in global settings. This background guides my teaching as I help students apply English in practical ways through real-world activities, meaningful practice, and confidence-building tasks, empowering them to use the language not only academically but also in everyday life and future opportunities.

I’m an ESL teacher with eight years of experience, and I genuinely enjoy helping students become more confident in using English. Over the years, I’ve worked with different types of learners, so I’ve learned how to adjust my teaching style depending on what my students need. Outside the classroom, I volunteer in my community, especially working with youth. This is something very important to me because I believe education can really change lives. It also helped me become more patient, understanding, and connected to the real challenges students face. I’m very interested in learning more about education and social issues. I like reading books and doing my own research because I want to improve not just as a teacher, but also as a person. I try to bring these insights into my lessons so they feel more meaningful and relatable. I also love traveling because it helps me experience different cultures and perspectives, which I think is important when teaching language. As a person, I’m goal-oriented and organized, but I also try to stay flexible depending on the situation. I always reflect on my teaching and look for ways to improve. My main goal is to support my students, help them grow, and make learning English something they feel confident and comfortable with. As a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, I am passionate about helping students discover the power of language and develop their confidence in expressing themselves. Teaching, for me, is not just about lessons—it’s about inspiring curiosity, encouraging critical thinking, and connecting learning to students’ everyday lives. I love making English engaging by sharing stories, reading books, and exploring creative ways for students to practice communication. Beyond the classroom, I enjoy volunteering in my community to support youth, which has taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of understanding each learner’s needs. I also love traveling, which broadens my perspective and allows me to bring new ideas and cultural insights into my teaching. I am committed to continuous growth as an educator, exploring new strategies and researching ways to make learning meaningful and relevant. My goal is to help students not only succeed academically but also develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning. Teaching English allows me to combine my passion for language, literature, and mentoring into a career that truly fulfills me.

ABOUT ME I have a deep interest in history, human and physical geography, anthropology, technology, architecture and engineering. I especially enjoy the history and geography of languages and language families. I'm into all sorts of things if I'm honest. I am a keen traveller (but who isn't nowadays), audiophile and technophile, with a love for all kinds of technologies, analogue and digital, new and old. Thanks to COVID I learnt a lot of DIY skills through necessity. My house also has a garden full of fruit trees, so I guess that would make me an amateur gardener by default. I try to keep fit by cycling when possible, but my favourite sport is swimming. TEACHING EXPERIENCE/PREFERENCES The subjects I teach are History, English Literature and Language for GCSE and A-level, as well as ESL English. I tend to teach students aged 14+, so from Year 9 to Year 13 or more mature students for ESL, but I do have a few students younger than this. I use a variety of teaching approaches, ranging from traditional methods of text analysis to modern forms of teaching, such as interactive quizzes, questionnaires and even YouTube videos if they benefit the students learning style. Exam Board Experience: Experience of all English assessment boards, but especially AQA and Edexcel in the, and WJEC/Eduqas and OCR to a lesser extent. Languages: English: as a first language to advanced/professional level. Turkish: fluent to college level, but nor advanced enough for teaching purposes.
