Hello to you all. I have been teaching English and History to many different people at all levels for many years. I am hugely passionate about making sure the teaching and studying is fun. English is one of the most important subjects there is. I have a passion for helping people improve and get better at both reading and writing. History is one of the basics for so many subjects. It also helps students to develop great skills for the future. I am here to help in all aspects of English ( entry up to GCSE) and History (entry up to A level). Reading is something I do every day: mostly history books! Cooking has now become a passion. I studied at a great school in Hayes in Kent. Came out with 8 "O" Levels and 3 "A" Levels. Then I went to Hampshire University and did a BA in Russian and European History 2.1. After university I had a few careers and then found the job I loved and did for many years. Not only have I been given the opportunity to tutor a subject I love, I have also been given the opportunity to share my passion of English with students who want to achieve the best exam results they possibly can. English has always been a subject I have taken to naturally, achieving A* in Literature A-Level, and Level 8 and 9 at GCSE. However, I have struggled in other subjects where I found it difficult to comprehend the information taught to me.
