I start my teacher training in September; however, I have been tutoring for almost 5 years now. I pride myself on being approachable and friendly towards my students. I am studying Biotechnology at the University of Nottingham and have been tutoring students from KS2 to A-Level for two years. I am passionate about making learning more fun for my pupils because that way they'll learn better. I am very good at explaining difficult concepts in different ways so that all students understand. I did A Levels in Biology (AQA), Chemistry (AQA), Economics (Edexcel). I am in my third year of Biotechnology BSc (Hons) and have studied a variety of modules during my studies that equiped me with relevant knowledge that will allow me to stretch my students who want to know more about science. I just graduated from a degree in English Literature, French and Dutch at the University of Sheffield with First Class Honours, and am currently training to be a speech and language therapist. I can't wait to share my passion for books, languages and everything in between! I have been tutoring for 4 years and am offering tutoring in English, French and History to A level. I finished my A Levels in summer 2021 so I completely understand not only the current exam system and latest revision techniques, but also how stressful school life can be, both inside and out of the classroom.
