Hi, I'm Neha, a medical student at King's College London with a strong academic background in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics and I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. Hi! My name is Lucy and I'm 22 years old from the North East. I am currently completing my Masters in Developmental Psychology and have a deep interest in education and teaching. My background in psychology has helped me to gain a deep understanding of how young people learn and how best to explain tricky concepts. In my free time I enjoy reading, pilates and spending time with my dog! I look forward to getting to know you and helping you to reach your full potential :) I am currently a Masters student at Sheffield Hallam University, studying Developmental Psychology. Previous to this, I did my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Sheffield Hallam and achieved a 2:1 grade. For my A-Levels, I did psychology (grade C), english literature (grade B) and history (grade B), as well as an EPQ (grade B). I have my GCSEs in both maths and english. While I found the rigid exam structure of psychology at A-levels tricky, diving into the discipline at uni has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of how the exam boards trip students up, and how to best help students to excel in rigid exams.

I am an experienced maths tutor based in Glasgow. I received my maths degree from the University of Glasgow and have tutored and range of age groups from primary school age, through to high school and also undergraduate. ABOUT ME I have a deep interest in history, human and physical geography, anthropology, technology, architecture and engineering. I especially enjoy the history and geography of languages and language families. I'm into all sorts of things if I'm honest. I am a keen traveller (but who isn't nowadays), audiophile and technophile, with a love for all kinds of technologies, analogue and digital, new and old. Thanks to COVID I learnt a lot of DIY skills through necessity. My house also has a garden full of fruit trees, so I guess that would make me an amateur gardener by default. I try to keep fit by cycling when possible, but my favourite sport is swimming. TEACHING EXPERIENCE/PREFERENCES The subjects I teach are History, English Literature and Language for GCSE and A-level, as well as ESL English. I tend to teach students aged 14+, so from Year 9 to Year 13 or more mature students for ESL, but I do have a few students younger than this. I use a variety of teaching approaches, ranging from traditional methods of text analysis to modern forms of teaching, such as interactive quizzes, questionnaires and even YouTube videos if they benefit the students learning style. Exam Board Experience: Experience of all English assessment boards, but especially AQA and Edexcel in the, and WJEC/Eduqas and OCR to a lesser extent. Languages: English: as a first language to advanced/professional level. Turkish: fluent to college level, but nor advanced enough for teaching purposes.

My name is Najib Samaha, I'm 23 years old. I have masters degree in Mathematics. Subjects: Maths ( from primary level up to A level ) Physics ( from primary level up to GCSE level .) Exam Board: AQA - Edexcel - Irish Languages: English - French Hobbies: Football- Gaming -Basketball - fitness/bodybuilding I'm an expert in Math, physics and also I found my lessons very fun and exciting. Also, I make sure all my students understand very well and don't get bored in our sessions. In addition, I'm very energetic and patient. I lean on these qualities heavily while I’m tutoring. I think my energy helps keep students engaged and motivated with the material, and my patience allows them to move at their own learning pace comfortably. That's why all my students respond well to my lessons, make progress in school and get high grades.

I am a 2nd year Maths student at the University of Warwick, with a particular interest in Algebra and Modelling. I have done lots of tutoring for A-level Maths and Further Maths students. Students of mine have gone on to study at prestigious universities including Oxford and Imperial. I am looking to help year 12 and 13 A-level students with their revision before their upcoming exams. Outside of academics, I am a cross country and long distance runner, competing for my university and have completed multiple half marathons and even a marathon. I also play a lot of football at university, and am a big football fan. I am on track for a first class, achieving an average of 90% in first year, placing one of the top of the cohort. I also achieved 4A* at A-level, studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I also got a grade 9 in GCSE Maths and have participated in numerous Olympiads, including the Senior Maths Challenge where I achieved a gold certificate.

I have a BA (Hons) in Natural Sciences (Materials Science) at the University of Cambridge, ranking in the top third of my cohort last year. I have tutored at the secondary-level, and have since offered Oxbridge admission prep (ESAT, interview). I teach GCSE and KS3 chemistry & maths. I am currently working as a teaching assistant at a secondary school. During university I have held internships and voluntary roles as an academic representative, college representative, research assistant at a pharmaceuticals company, and web developer creating educational resources for undergraduate materials science, along with a breadth of research projects and other coursework. Hi Shaun here, I am a Grammar school student and having done the 11+ myself find comfortable in tutoring students taking the 11+ in addition to those in Years 7-11, as my main strengths are in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. I did take Biology and Chemistry for my A levels and have achieved A grades in all these subjects. I am currently a medical undergraduate student working towards my Medical Degree. I was a Grammar School student having completed my GCSEs and A-Levels before I moved on to University. I am currently a Medical undergraduate student. Towards my university admission process for medicine I took the UCAT test having achieved a score of 3060 placing me in the top 3% of UCAT test takers in the country for that year.
