I gained a Languages for Business degree with Italian as my main language at Oxford Brookes University in 1994, where I lived in Milan for 9 months on work placements. Since then, I have embarked on a career that has given me extensive experience of working in Anglo Italian commercial environments. This has seen me use my Italian, working as a Training Specialist, Credit Controller, Account Co-ordinator and Sales Administrator, and saw me work and live in Tuscany and Bologna for work projects. In my previous roles at Amazon, I was initially an agent providing service to Italian customers and Amazon delivery drivers. I then progressed to being an Italian Training Specialist for Amazon and designed, lead and delivered the Italian customer service and driver support training to employees both virtually and at their offices in Cagliari Sardinia.
