Hey! I’m a 20 year-old living in London and studying Education Studies at UCL. I love reading both fiction and non-fiction books as well as reading and writing poetry. I enjoy all things fitness and swimming and studying the arabic language. I have been tutoring English for 2 years and teach it at primary level and 11+ (verbal and non-verbal reasoning) as well as English literature and language from year 7-GCSE level. I’m passionate about teaching and problem-solving. I keep learning new techniques to solve the problems and help students in growing their area. I am a final year Space and planetary science PhD student between Imperial College London and The Natural History Museum. I work on exploration missions, testing instrumentation and developing software to explore Mars. My back ground is in Astrophysics and I am a huge lover of space! Hi! I'm Tom, 22 years old, and currently a student at the university of Birmingham studying chemical engineering at a masters level. I'm very enthusiastic about anything maths and science, bringing practical engineering application to life. I live in the heart of north wales, love to swim and play football. I attended the Kings school Chester for both secondary school and sixth form. I obtained seven grade 9's, two grade 8's and an A* in further maths (10 A*s in old money). At sixth form, I obtained an A* in maths and chemistry, and an A in physics at A level. I then went on to study chemical engineering at the University of Birmingham, averaging a first-class honours degree in my first three years. I am now currently going into my final year to obtain an integrated masters degree.
