Since joining GoStudent back in April 2023, I’ve had the incredible privilege of tutoring for over two years — and what a journey it has been! In that time, I’ve not only grown as a teacher but also as a communicator, motivator, and lifelong learner. I studied at the UCL School of Pharmacy, where I am currently preparing to sit my final MPharm exams following a recent gap period. In October 2022, I proudly graduated with a First-Class MSci in Pharmaceutical Studies, a course that challenged me academically while also sparking my curiosity for problem-solving and research. Beyond the textbooks, I’ve always believed that learning should be creative and enjoyable. That’s why you’ll often find me making colourful, artsy study notes (which are slowly turning into a revision blog!), or bringing a creative twist into my lessons to help tricky concepts click. My education hasn’t just been about exams and grades — it’s also taught me how to stay curious, resilient, and open-minded, and I try to pass that on to every student I work with.

Currently, I teach KS2 / KS3 / GCSE / IGCSE/A Level Maths/Physics for AQA, OCR, Edexcel, and CAIE exam boards. I use resources from Pearson, Hodder, Cambridge, Oxford, Collins, Haese, and past papers as reference materials. I also teach Maths and Physics for the MYP and IB Diploma Programme. Furthermore, I'm TEFL-certified and have been teaching English (ESL, Key (A2) PET (B1), First (B2), Advanced (C1) Certification), Math, Physics, and basic Japanese (N5-N4) part-time online for several years. I began tutoring in college to support my expenses and discovered the rewarding challenge of working with a student with dyscalculia. Through tailored strategies and building strong rapport, she succeeded. My diverse background has made me resourceful and innovative, enhancing my effectiveness in both teaching and problem-solving. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from St. Scholastica’s College, Manila, where I completed challenging courses such as Calculus, Statistical Analysis, Number Theory, and Linear Algebra.
