Hi I'm Freddie! I've just completed my second year of university, where I am reading Mathematics & Philosophy at the University of Warwick. At A-level I studied Maths, Further Maths, Philosophy and English. Aside from academics, I am a big fan of playing and watching sports, having played rugby for most of my life and more recently trying my hand at tennis and golf. I attended Maidstone Grammar School from the ages 11-18. At GCSE I achieved 11 9's and one 6 (in Spanish). At a level I achieved A* in Maths, Further Maths, Philosophy and an A in English Literature. I'm a recent grad from Warwick University, while I was there I enjoyed playing dodgeball, going for hikes and learning the guitar. I look forward to seeing movies at the cinema and cycling on the weekends as well as visiting museums and galleries. I also have a pet cat. I completed a BSc in Mathematical Statistics (with Computer Science) at the University of Warwick. My course was intensive, covering broad areas of pure and applied maths, theoretical statistics, statistical modelling and programming. As many of my modules were geared towards data science, much of my learning culminated in an undergraduate research project in machine learning - exploring how machines encode information on the neuron-level.
