I am an undergraduate student, studying English at University of Nottingham. I have experience with both young children and teenagers, and enjoy both making learning fun, and helping young people meet their full potential! I'm friendly and proactive, and have experience working with children with a variety of needs. Most importantly, I believe learning should be suited to the student, not the teacher! I enjoy writing during my free-time, particularly for Nottingham's student publication, and working with young people - whether through sports teams, after-school clubs, or tutoring. I studied at a state comprehensive school in London, where I achieved 10 A*'s-B's at GCSE - including a B in Maths, A's in Science, and A's in both English Language and Literature - and A's and B's at A-Level. I'm currently an undergraduate student studying English, the subject where my strengths most definitely lie. I previously studied in London while working full-time, and am interested in pursuing a TEFL to teach young people English as a second-language.

Hi, my name is Connor and I am a 22-year-old university student from Liverpool. I am currently studying for my physics degree and plan to further my studies with a PhD in physics. I enjoy problem-solving which is why I studied computer science, physics and maths at A-level. Outside of studies, I enjoy a range of activities from reading and playing video games, to building computers. I have lots of experience with technology as well as working with young people. After Sixth Form I took a gap year in the hope of travel however COVID prevented me from doing so, so instead I worked in retail whilst reading in preparation for university. I am half Spanish and love to travel; my favourite excursions being the frequent visits to Spain to see my grandparents. My other hobbies include dancing (from the age of 4), going to the gym, crotchet and just generally spending time with my friends and family. University has provided me with a wealth of transferable skills, the most important of which is the ability to learn, teach and communicate remotely. Hi! My name is Rad and I study Medicine at the University of Leicester. I love teaching and working with people to tackle problems in creative ways, and simply passing down my knowledge I've accumulated over the years. That's why I've been involved in mentoring since the start of sixth form! I have achieved A*A*A* in my A levels (Biology, Chemistry, Maths) and 9s in my GCSEs for Maths and the Sciences respectively.
