Hi, I'm Haris and I study Medicine at Leicester University, throughout school I always loved helping out any friends stuck on school work, because I found this was a great way to learn and now it's become a vital way for me to revise in med school. I will find different ways to explain certain topics to myself so that I can fully understand them, and I have found this effective when I’ve taken part in mentoring schemes at my university. This is what makes me so enthusiastic about tutoring and I can see myself taking teaching roles in the future of my carrer. I am a second-year University of Nottingham student studying Financial Mathematics. My background is in physics, I achieved a MPhys physics degree with honours, my masters project was 'An Investigation into Gravitational Wave Interactions' in which I created models in Python to help predict the effects of gravitational waves on the orbits of the solar system and how the orbits of black holes; matching the later to real life data. I am a 19 year old Aerospace Engineering student currently in Queens university having a passion to teach maths, computer science and physics and make students understand and view problems in a better way.
