Hi, I'm James! I'm a 22-year-old Philosophy and History Student at the University of Exeter. I can tutor in the following: - GCSE Maths - GCSE Religious Studies/Philosophy - A-Level Religious Studies/Philosophy I have a wealth of experience teaching roughly 30 students between the ages of 14-18, from early GCSE to late A-Level in all these subjects. During the 5 years of tutoring experience I've had since starting in Sixth Form, I have managed to refine an adaptable system that allows me to get the best out of all of my students, regardless of their initial capability. I am a Maths GCSE tutor who has just finished A-levels and am going to the University of Manchester for Engineering. In addition to maths, I have completed my A-levels in Biology and Chemistry and so have the capacity to teach both. I look forward to both helping students ace their exams and having fun along the way! I have completed both my GCSEs and A-Levels at Simon Langton Grammar School. I achieved straight A grades in every subject at both of those levels. As a result I was accepted to study engineering at the University of Manchester. I have finished my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Exeter University. In my spare time I like to help pupils with their studies, spend my time at a gym class or go for a walk. I also love to read, especially horror books, or play on my Nintendo switch. My favourite part of maths is pure, such as Algebra and trigonometry, but I love all maths! I did Maths, Further Maths and Physics at A-level, achieving an A* in maths at A-level and a 9 at GCSE.
