I am a second-year University of Nottingham student studying Financial Mathematics. I teach Maths because it is a subject where I believe I can help students develop not only in academics but also in their confidence. My hobbies are watching the NBA, and football and going to the gym regularly. I aspire to have a career in the financial sector. I found my passion for maths during secondary school, but in university, I felt my skills could be best used in finance rather than purely mathematics. I’ve always had a strong passion for learning and teaching, especially when it comes to Maths and Physics. I graduated from the International Baccalaureate with a score of 41 out of 45, which is equivalent to AAA at A-Level. I scored 7 out of 7 in Physics HL and 6 out of 7 in Maths AA, which is one of the most challenging maths courses in the IB. Before that, I completed my IGCSEs with A* across all subjects. Hello! I am a Modern Languages graduate from the University of Exeter, and am available to teach both Spanish and Italian. I have a huge passion for language learning and exploring new cultures, and would love to share this with others. I have lived and worked in both Spain and Italy throughout my academic career, and am finishing my degree at C1 level.
