I am a third year medical student at Imperial College London, who also attended Queen Elizabeth's Boys' School. Whilst being a student, who's done his 11+, GCSEs and A-levels, I had to came up with new techniques to try and break down complex topics into smaller and simpler topics. I would love to pass on this knowledge, that I have gained through my experiences, onto younger students who are currently going through the processes that I did. My teaching style consists of seeing how each individual student learns best and then gearing my lessons towards their particular strengths to make learning as easy and fun as possible. I am a third year medical student at Imperial College London, who also attended Queen Elizabeth's Boys' School. I got 3A*'s in my A-Levels for Maths, Biology and Chemistry and I got 9 9's and 1 8 in my GCSEs. I have four years teaching experience, with two years at Cherry Hill, teaching 11+ Maths, SATS Maths as well as GCSE Maths and Science.

Hi, I'm James! I'm a 22-year-old Philosophy and History Student at the University of Exeter. I can tutor in the following: - GCSE Maths - GCSE Religious Studies/Philosophy - A-Level Religious Studies/Philosophy I have a wealth of experience teaching roughly 30 students between the ages of 14-18, from early GCSE to late A-Level in all these subjects. During the 5 years of tutoring experience I've had since starting in Sixth Form, I have managed to refine an adaptable system that allows me to get the best out of all of my students, regardless of their initial capability. I am patient, engaging and easy-going, and I know exactly how to maximise one's potential. When I'm not studying or tutoring, I practice in Wado-Ryu Karate or work as DJ at my local Indie Nightclub in Exeter. I am also the sitting President of the Philosophy Society at Exeter, an organisation with roughly 200 members. I've had great successes during my time tutoring; my finest hour is getting two girls from Grades 4 to 7 in their GCSE Maths Exams within 9 Months. To see my students achieve grades that they previously thought unattainable is something that will never cease to make me smile :) I look forward to working with you! I have finished my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Exeter University. In my spare time I like to help pupils with their studies, spend my time at a gym class or go for a walk. I also love to read, especially horror books, or play on my Nintendo switch. My favourite part of maths is pure, such as Algebra and trigonometry, but I love all maths! I did Maths, Further Maths and Physics at A-level, achieving an A* in maths at A-level and a 9 at GCSE. I finished my degree in Mathematics at the University of Exeter in 2023 with a first class mark. I have over 700 hours of experience with tutoring maths to a range of ages from 4-21 both online and in person.

I really like the change in tutor, she brings out the best in my daughter! I haven’t been impressed with some aspects of go students customer service, especially prior to daisy we had a change in tutor with little or no assistance from go student; we weren’t consulted on the new tutor and that particular tutor ended up not being the right fit at all for my daughter, she was very sad. We also know the customer service manager Daniel has left but I haven’t been advised of his replacement. With that said the lady who arranged for daisy to be placed as my daughter’s tutor was absolutely amazing, calm, patient and really committed to finding a suitable replacement for daisy.
