Hey there my names Ben! I'm passionate about maths and science who loves to help those tricky concepts click for students. With my background in maths, physics and chemistry, plus years of helping students in their studied, I've discovered that learning happens best when it's engaging and applied to the real world. I specialise in tutoring maths, chemistry (physical, inorganic and organic), and physics (focus on classical and quantum mechanics) up to A-level equivalent standards. People say I have a knack for explaining complex ideas simply, and I take pride in watching people's confidence grow alongside grades. I did my undergraduate degree at University College London, I achieved a First Class Honours Degree in Natural Sciencies, specialising in Physical Chemistry, Maths and Statistics. After a few months research in academia (Machine Learning Materials Science Research) and 2 years working in industry as a Data Scientist I have returned to education to undertake an MPhil in Scientific Computing at the University of Cambridge. I am hopeful to achieve a Distinction in this course and apply my skills and knowledge in the computational drug discovery/medical fields.

I am Miriam Hajj, a 23-year-old dedicated medical student with a strong passion for education. I pursued rigorous academic studies, focusing on subjects like mathematics (algebra, statistics, and analytical geometry), physics (mechanics and electromagnetism), and chemistry (general, solutions, and organic). This rigorous foundation was complemented by 9 biology courses, encompassing topics such as histology, cytology, botany, genetics, anatomy, vegetal reproduction, animal reproduction , geology and embryology. The path to medical school proved highly competitive. I successfully navigated the demanding pre-medical program, which included a rigorous first year with a challenging curriculum. I then successfully competed in the highly selective medical school entrance examination, facing fierce competition from over 1000 applicants for only 100 places. The examination comprised rigorous written tests in all subjects, including a crucial English and French language proficiency test. I am proud to have secured 50th place. I am currently in my fifth year of medical school, eagerly anticipating the commencement of my hospital internship in the coming months.

I have completed A-levels in biology, chemistry and psychology and currently in 2nd year of university studying Bsc in pharmacology. I love teaching and strive to help others reach success through learning. I teach GCSE biology, chemistry, 11+maths/primary maths(&up till yr9), A-level Biology and psychology. I have over 2 years experience in teaching 11+ maths to kids(including my brothers). I am a Maths GCSE tutor who has just finished A-levels and am going to the University of Manchester for Engineering. In addition to maths, I have completed my A-levels in Biology and Chemistry and so have the capacity to teach both. I’m a medical student with a passion for teaching Biology, Science, and Maths at primary and GCSE levels. Almost 10 years in higher education, I’ve learned two key things: 1) Every student can succeed with the right teaching approach, and 2) Learning should be active, using techniques like spaced repetition and active recall. Hi! I am 4th year medical student currently studying at the University of Leicester. I am a tutor who will focus on where you feel your weak spots may be and help you build confidence in those areas. I always adapt to my students style of learning so they can get the most out of their sessions ! I teach GCSE Combined Science, Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I did my GCSEs with Edexcel but I am also very comfortable with other exam boards. I also teach A Level Biology and Chemistry. I am a 5th Year Medical Student and have been teaching for many years, I got accepted into grammar and have dedicated many hours to learning and passing on my knowledge.
