Hi! I’m a dental student who has a deep love for reading and continuous learning. I find joy in expanding my knowledge and sharing what I have learned with others, as I believe in the power of education and teaching to inspire and empower individuals. I tutored groups of students in a range of subjects but mainly concentrated on English Literature and History. These years tutoring were very rewarding as the students were from under-privileged schools and were quite appreciative of all the help we gave them. Cycling is a passion of mine and as my skill in riding bicycles developed I was given opportunities to work with a few different bicycle companies. I was given bicycles and components in order to test their design and durability. I was also asked to preform in a number of marketing campaigns and advertisements for these bicycle companies. The learning processes in the physical arena and the academic arena are quite similar, they involve focus, critical thinking, repetition and study. These processes can be sped up to a certain extent if you have someone to guide you through them. I was also given the opportunity to teach bicycle skills to various groups of people and I really enjoyed this experience. I enjoy travelling and have lived for periods of time in Sweden and Spain. I have always loved learning and I continue to read about a wide range of subjects including Philosophy, Linguistics, Psychology and works in the areas I studied during my degree. I am a PhD research scholar at the University of Nottingham. My research mainly deals with Maths and Physics. I love learning and teaching.
