I am currently studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Surrey. I can teach up to A-Level Maths. I have exam board experience for Edexcel GCSE Maths and OCR B MEI A-Level Maths. I am fluent in both English and Tamil. I am looking to teach anyone of all ages! I am only familiar with the English Curriculum (OCR, Edexcel, and AQA). I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels at Langley Grammar School and achieved an 8 in Maths at GSCE and a C in Maths at A-Level (5 marks off from a B). Since then I joined the University of Surrey and I am currently a 2nd year undergraduate in Chemical Engineering.

I have experience of tutoring Maths at both GCSE and A level and I thoroughly enjoy helping people to achieve their mathematical ambitions! I graduated from Durham University with a first class honours degree in Mathematics after studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and French at A level. I have various interests, ranging from cricket to quizzes, with Maths having always been one of them – helping others to work on this subject is a privilege. I am a graduate of Durham University where I attained a first class honours degree in Mathematics. I studied four subjects at A level and received a grade of A* for Maths and Further Maths. At GCSE level, I attained grades of a 9 in Maths and an 8 in Further Maths. Maths has always been at the centre of my education and I have experience of studying several different areas of the subject, including Pure Maths, Statistics and Mechanics.

I love to travel, always looking for the next hidden city street, quiet coastal path, or mountain trail to wander. I love experiences that spark curiosity and offer new perspectives, which are some qualities I bring into my lessons, too. I’m also a keen reader and lifelong learner, with a love for books on psychology, inclusive education, and modern fiction. To stay active, I enjoy yoga and long walks, which help me recharge and stay mindful, and I’m always up for trying new creative outlets, whether that’s experimenting with photography, cooking dishes from around the world, or learning a new skill just for fun. Music is another big part of my life; I love discovering new artists and curating playlists for different moods and adventures.
