I absolutely love mathematics and teaching/helping people but, ultimately, my passion is dance. On top of my maths degree, I am training to be a professional commercial dancer. I love dance, drama, drawing, painting - anything creative! I like to be creative when teaching as I think learning should be a fun, exciting and enjoyable experience. I have 9 GCSEs and 3 A Levels in Mathematics (A*), Physics (A) and Chemistry (A). I have just completed three years doing Mathematics at the University of Manchester and have decided to stay on for another year in order to get a Master's degree in maths!

Hello! My name is Ria, and I am a Chemical Engineering graduate with Honours from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where I completed my degree in November 2025. I am passionate about education and enjoy helping students build confidence in their abilities. While I primarily tutor Mathematics, I can also assist with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Hi there! My name is Molly, and I am a 22 year old graduate from the University of Manchester currently living in London. I studied History, a subject that I feel has equipped me with numerous transferable skills that make me an excellent tutor. It is analytical, requires the development of strong verbal and non-verbal reasoning skills, and the ability to build structured responses to fascinating and relevant topical themes. On a more personal note, I would like to pursue a career in teaching, and gaining experience in working one on one with students would be a positive addition to building up my confidence and abilities. Finally, I studied History at the University of Manchester and obtained a 2:1 (second class, division one).

Hi!! My name is Eimear, I’m a 20 year old girl currently in my final year studying a BA in Philosophy, politics and economics at the University of Leeds. I’ve always been a curious individual, who enjoys studying and sharing knowledge with others. During my time at sixth form, I helped a maths GCSE class in preparation for their exams. I really enjoyed this experience and it has urged me to continue to continue with tutoring. I would love to help more people to excel in education and be really proud of their achievements - no matter how big or small! I went to St Nicholas Catholic High School where I got 10 GCSEs grade 9-7 and I stayed on at Sixth Form where I achieved A*,A,A in English Literature, Maths and Religious Studies ALevels. Alongside my ALevels, I also completed an Extended Project Qualification that was awarded an A* as well. I now study a BA in PPE at University of Leeds, where I am aiming to achieve a first class. When I was in sixth form, I helped a GCSE maths class in preparation for their exams, where I conducted 1-1 sessions with various students to go over past papers and establish areas of concern. Beyond that, my degree has allowed me to continue to develop both my numerical skills as well as my written skills, so I think I have a good basis for helping students with both English and Maths (my two favourite subjects). I have work experience as a waitress and cleaner, which have helped me to communicate clearer and work well with a team. Additionally, I am Secretary of Leeds University PPE society, a task which has really developed my team building skills, my ability to organise my time and respond accordingly to comments.
