I am looking to teach Biology and English, especially to KS3 and GCSE students. In my day to day life, I enjoy helping my colleagues with any problems they might have, and I have also taught my younger sister, helping her with her own work in school. In terms of my own interests and hobbies, I am very creative. I enjoy painting and drawing, I am self-taught in guitar, and I recently have been submitting my writing to be published in online literary magazines. I am also interested in literature and Formula 1. I am fluent in Romanian, and have a basic level of Spanish fluency. I am currently studying Law at the University of Warwick. Prior to that, I did my A-Levels at Pate's Grammar School, achieving A's in English Literature, Politics and Biology. I had a part-time job at Frank Smith & Co solicitors for 9 months, and before that I also worked as a tutor assistant, helping teach for the 11+ examination.

I’m a third-year aeronautical engineering student who knows from experience what it feels like when lectures, textbooks, or problem sheets just don’t make sense the first (or fifth) time. I’ve been in the position where school support wasn’t quite enough, which is why I enjoy helping students bridge that gap and actually understand what’s going on, not just memorise steps. My approach is relaxed, patient, and focused on building confidence alongside knowledge. There are no silly questions here — if something doesn’t make sense, that just means it’s worth asking about as I strongly believe that asking questions is part of learning, and no one should feel embarrassed for needing things explained differently. Outside academics, I’m a big sports fan and still play football for my own club as well as my university team. I love the outdoors, animals, and generally staying active, which probably explains why I like explanations that are clear, practical, and grounded rather than overly abstract. My goal is to make learning feel less intimidating and a lot more achievable. My degree has strengthened my analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to break complex ideas into logical, easy-to-follow steps — skills that translate directly into effective tutoring. During school, I took on leadership and mentoring roles, including serving as a Maths Ambassador, and went on to complete certifications in Sports Leadership, Mentoring in Violence Prevention, and Mental Health Ambassador training. Together, these experiences strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and ability to build both understanding and confidence in others.

I’m an experienced Economics and Business tutor with a strong academic background, including an A* and A at A-Levels and current studies at UCL. I'm a Maths grad, currently working in the tech industry, having studied Maths, Physics and Chemistry at A-Level. Outside of work I'm a keen runner and hiker, who loves spending time outdoors outdoors or exploring London, and enjoys getting lost reading a great book! I attended Peter Symonds college for A-levels, where I took Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. At Bath University I studied Mathematical Sciences, allowing me to dabble in physics while I focussed on Maths. Since university, I have studied again in Software Engineering and continue to learn constantly in my job.

I was born in London but raised in Barcelona, so I am fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan. I am currently studying Biomedical Sciences at the University of Warwick.
