I live in London! I love sports- my favourite hobby is powerlifting. I have a brown-stripe belt in karate. My favourite subject in school was Spanish- I even took modules at university! I love listening to music and reading fiction books too! I am a foodie! I have a BSc in Psychology from Durham University. I did Biology, Spanish, Psychology and an EPQ for my A-Levels. I have worked as an in-person and online tutor, in both 1-2-1 and group settings. I have 7 years of experience teaching children aged 4 to 15 - specialising in Mathematics, English, Science, Psychology, Spanish 11+, SATs prep and ESOL.

I have been tutoring with GoStudent for six months now, having formerly worked at museums, churches and summer camps. I enjoy working with children and am a current Sunday-School teacher and former volunteer with several youth charities. I am a University of Nottingham accountancy student in my final year of studies. I have experience tutoring over the last 5 years across a range of subjects, including Physcology and Maths A level, Maths GCSE, and all GCSE sciences. I have worked with children with learning difficulties, and both high and low performing students to accelerate their learning. I am Katie, an undergraduate student at Durham University. I am in second year, studying Environmental Geoscience. I achieved an A* at Maths A level, 9 at GCSE and have always enjoyed maths. I have had tutoring experience on another online platform and within my university, tutoring foundation students. Through this I have gained speaking skills, communication skills and more experience in adapting my knowledge to help others. Online Tutor I have been an online tutor with MyTutor since April, completing a number of hours in GCSE and A level maths tutoring. I have really enjoyed this and gained experience in simplifying complex concepts for a better understanding. I have also gained presenting and technology skills as this was all done on an online platform.

I’m Nabeel, a highly motivated and hard-working individual currently studying Medicine at the University of Manchester. Throughout my 2 years experience as a tutor, and in other employed and voluntary roles, I have strengthened my skills by working and communicating with children and adults from all walks of life. During my A Level studies, I obtained 3 A*s in Biology, Maths and Chemistry. It would be a pleasure to pass on both my knowledge and work ethic to my students, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
