Currently a mechanical engineer student, hence I am up to date with new and current maths and GCSE all science . I have been tutoring maths and all sciences for 5 years. I have experience working with ages from 5-16 and also experienced working with SEN students. Throughout the pandemic, I have been tutoring online, therefore, having an understanding of how to keep students engaged . I also teach 11+ to students who would like to join grammar schools and independent schools and private schools.

As well as maths and science, I also have a love for historical art and architecture; I grew up really close to London and loved spending my time taking advantage of the fantastic galleries that the city has to offer! Long-distance running is my favourite sport and I hope to participate in a marathon soon.

I’m a recent History Masters graduate with a real passion for History and English. I’ve had a great deal of tutoring experience, particularly with dyslexic students, I myself am dyslexic and love to work out a hook to keep students interested. I have taught at The Grange School – an Independent school situated in Hartford, Cheshire. I was at the school for 23 years of which 16 were Head of Department and have just recently taken early retirement. I have taught 11-18 years old and at A level have experience of all examination boards. I have been leader for the NEA aspect of the course for the last 5 years and have mentored students in topics such as The Angevin Empire, Tudor Rebellions, 17th Century Witch-craze and The American Revolution through to Civil War. I have taught A Level and GCSE every year at school and our results have been excellent. We have had nothing less than a B grade since 2018 and this year gained 5 A* 9A and 4 B grades.
