I went to school in Northern Ireland but have tutored in England, so I have experience with multiple exam boards, CCEA, AQA, and Edexcel in particular. I tutor Maths and Physics and am looking forward to sharing my interest in these subjects. I studied 5 subjects at A-Level, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths, and French, and achieved 4 A*s and 1 A. My name is Syeda Ashfa Batool, I have very recently done my exams so i know the struggles of a hard working student. I want to use my experience and help other students excel in their exams using similar techniques that helped me. I also believe that everyones way of working is different so when we work together we will find what works best for you and help you do well in exams. Having delivered over 500 sessions I believed I have gained experience to work with a range of different students. Maths was one of my favourite subjects at school and even during college, so it is something I am looking forward to teaching most! I am currently studying Law at Durham University and have started to tutor in the summer, whilst I am at home. At university, I have joined the dance society. I play the piano and the flute and enjoy listening to all different types of music, from pop to classical! During my time at school I was in the school band and performed in various charity showcases. English and History were my favourite subjects at GCSE, so I decided to take them at A-Level. I enjoy learning about the past, with my favourite topic being medicine throughout time. My favourite area of English is poetry, and I enjoy reading a vast majority of poems from different periods in time analysing what the poems wider message symbolises.
