I graduated with a First in BSc Medical Sciences Firstly, we will work out the student's weak topics using a past paper. Then, we will focus on those topics. I am good at explaining concepts in an easy-to-understand way. I use homework videos and questions to reinforce the student's knowledge. I also use end of topic tests and past papers. We will set time-specific goals, so the student has already achieved their target grade by the time their exam comes around. I know exactly what the examiners are looking for in your answers, so I will coach you on how to gain all the marks for each type of question. By the time we have spent a few months together, your understanding will have improved greatly. Last year, 3 out of 3 students met their target grades : 5 (foundation), 7, and A* (Welsh GCSE) Subjects I teach: Maths: Year 7 - 11 Chemistry: Year 7 - 11 Biology: Year 7 - 11 Exam boards: AQA OCR Edexcel (not iGCSE) GCSE - 9A* A including Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Physics A Levels - A* Biology, A Maths, A Chemistry AS Level - A Physics BSc Medical Science (First) Duke of Edinburgh award Young Leaders in Service Award (education, volunteering with elderly) Basic Life Support

Hey! My name is Dylan Archer and I'm currently studying Economics, Finance, and Banking at the University of Portsmouth. I play goalkeeper in football and corner in American Football, both at university level with my American football career taking me to two national championships in my first year of playing. I grew up and studied in Derby and took Geography, History, and English Language at A-Level. I think the most important thing in tutoring is the atmosphere between the tutor and student, with a calm environment allowing for learning to take place and the comfort of being able to ask questions. I love studying languages too and over the summer I practiced my Urdu and Punjabi (very basic now) and I currently am studying Arabic through my university. Hey, I’m Roshni and I'm a huge fan of science which is why I chose to tutor with GoStudent to help students like myself. I enjoyed 'most' of my subjects at school and I understand it can be hard to grasp some concepts of Science whether that be the difficult maths of Chemistry or the incredibly long and complex content of Biology. I've endured the emotional rollercoaster of having to balance all my exams with a million other things and have learnt a lot, I want to be able to help you with your journey to doing the best you can. As a tutor for GCSE Biology, Chemistry, and combined Science, I specialize in preparing students for the AQA exam board. I have achieved As and A*s in GCSE Science and Mathematics, and furthered my knowledge by studying Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology during Sixth Form. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained valuable insight into various revision methods and the most effective ways to study for different types of learners. I am eager to share my knowledge and support students in achieving their academic goals.

motivated 2nd year Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine student at the University of Nottingham, having achieved A*/9/A in the sciences and math at both GCSE and A-level, I love helping people and watching them succeed is extremely rewarding. In my spare time I like watching and playing chess, as well as playing basketball. I went to Colchester Royal Grammar School during my A-levels, where I took 4 A-level subjects (Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Physics) and achieved A*/A in all four. During my time there, I have also volunteered to tutor GCSE biology to lower grade students, and recently have also joined another tutoring agency called Get Further, which aims to help disadvantaged students in further education colleges reach core functional GCSE grades like Maths and English in order to move to higher education, improving issues like social mobility
