I graduated with a First in BSc Medical Sciences Firstly, we will work out the student's weak topics using a past paper. Then, we will focus on those topics. I am currently studying Medicine at the University of Plymouth. From a young age I have always enjoyed helping others as it brings happiness and joy to me. This is also the main reason why I wanted to become a tutor. In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports, particularly football and cricket. I have 2 younger brothers, so I am always entertained. The University of Plymouth were offering a one-year transfer from Biomed to Medicine providing one achieved 3 As at A-levels, maintained a 70% pass rate across all modules in 1st year and passed the interview for Medicine. In the previous year only 2/23 applicants were successful in this route. Although this was intense, I was able to successfully transfer from Biomed to Medicine after the 1st year. Hi there, my name is George and I developed a real passion for maths a science during my gcse years having not always been the biggest fan previously to this period and have found great fulfilment in developing my skills ever since. I now study physics at the university of Bristol and would not have got here if it wasn’t for some of my excellent teaching mentors so anything I can do to replicate this is an exciting opportunity for me. Having taken my exams so recently where I found some crafty shortcuts and developed easy strategies to assure me I could do well and guarantee me correct answers to certain questions that came up over and over again in previous years exams. All of which I really feel any student can implement to reduce at least some of the stress of these tricky years. I understand the importance of hobbies outside of the school work, with me personally enjoying all sports outside of my studies, particularly football, basketball and running.
