Helping others has always been something Ive tried to do wherever possible and is one of the main reasons why Ive tutored in the past and also why I want to become a Doctor. I am a determined and goal orientated individual who enjoys achieving fulfilment through completing tasks and activities. I can be quite competitive but never to mine or my teams detriment as the greater goal always outweighs personal gain. Football, swimming, cricket and basketball are some of my favourite sports and I like to believe that my love of sports and playing them has increased my communication, cooperation and leadership skills. Hello, I teach English Literature and Sociology, both at GCSE and A Level. My name is Innes and I am currently in my third year of studying Sociology with Criminology, at York University. I am a final year Dental Student with numerous and continuous patient experience. I’ve had the opportunity to mentor and coach young people in sports such as Netball & Basketball; building skills that allowed them to thrive in competitions and develop not only as athletes but also as compassionate individuals.
