The reason that I chose to study Mathematics is that I strongly believe that the idea of starting with a collection of simple postulates, combined with chains of logical reasoning, and the ability to derive nearly any complex mathematical theorem allows Mathematics to pose as the essence of our everyday lives. My ability to problem-solve will be directly beneficial in communicating difficult concepts and constructing logical arguments for different approaches for problems that students may find challenging.
