Listening to different genres helps me to relax and stay motivated; it also enhances my focus, concentration and memory. For me, music also works by blocking out distractions and creating a very steady rhythm for the brain to follow, which further increases my level of concentration. I also enjoy learning different languages because I believe this helps with connecting to different people from diverse backgrounds.
