I'm an undergraduate Economics BSC student at the University of Warwick. I achieved four A*s at A Level and I have 3 years of tutoring experience already. I aim to inspire students by making learning enjoyable, through a process that is at the student's pace - no pressure - and showing real-life applications in a topic to both prove its usefulness and to hopefully spark an interest in the subject. I will make sure that the student actually understands a topic so that they can not only answer standard exam questions easily but so that they can also use their solid knowledge of the topic to answer unfamiliar, "tricky" exam questions. During the 23/24 academic year, I had the opportunity to complete a study year abroad at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, whilst abroad I had experience in a tutoring setting and received feedback including “created a comfortable environment” and “patient and dedicated”.
