I am a Maths teacher with 4 years of experience. I studied Mathematics at the University of Reading, and earned my PGCE there too. I have worked with 3 GCSE classes to achieve their required grades in Mathematics and Numeracy. I am also able to teach A level Mathematics and Further Mathematics, and have worked with one AS level class on their applied work in these areas. I studied BSc Mathematics at the University of Reading and achieved a 2:1 in 2021. I then went on to complete my PGCE in Secondary Education at the same university. I am very excited to be able to pass on my knowledge and experience to students who are in the same position as I was a few years ago. I'm in my final year of university, but during my time have tutored in GCSE English and Maths! Learning should be a fun experience and I try to make it as enjoyable as possible - getting to know my students as well as possible, i.e. how they best learn, what they enjoy doing etc. has been a recipe for success so far in my tutoring experience and something which I continue to do with my students on here!

Recently, I have just finished my 3rd year of Biochemistry at the University of Kent in Canterbury. Next year, I will be undertaking a year studying data analytics. I have previous experience working for a franchised tutoring firm where I learnt how to engage with students of all capabilities and ages. It is from this experience that I am able to work with a broad spectrum of people.
