I am studying Biotechnology at the University of Nottingham and have been tutoring students from KS2 to A-Level for two years. I’m Isabella, a friendly biology and chemistry tutor as well and a full-time biomedical science student at Lancaster University. I am passionate about my subject and am keen go share this with my students. In my A-levels I achieved A*A*A and nine grade 9s at GCSE. Being in the education system myself allows me to pass on helpful tips and tricks which resonate and from my experience really helped me to improve my grades. Outside of my studies and tutoring I am a keen table tennis player and compete for my university team, I also enjoy cooking and walking in nature. I’m currently studying sociology at the University of the West of England in Bristol to become a teacher of sociology in the future! Hi there, I'm Mustafa! And I'm a 1st year medical student at the University of Manchester who tutors alongside studies in the evenings. I have been tutoring for the past year and a half, with over 200+ hours of experience on various online platforms for Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Biology. Incidentally, I took all these 4 subjects for A Level and received A*AAA to showcase my passion for the STEM subjects alongside with the ambition of earning a coveted place in medical school. These subjects have now given me a solid, diverse foundation to teach from which now project into my students whether GCSE or A Level. I intend to expand on their knowledge by developing their concepts through a mixture active engagement where I will annotate concepts on the screen and then ask the student to annotate as well actively to keep the lesson flowing smoothly. We will go through the theory and the content, before then consolidating our learning on exam questions in the latter sect of the lesson which will give a realistic challenge of what you may be examined on. Then I went to Bishop Wordsworth's Grammar School for my A Levels where I achieved A*AAA in Chemistry, Maths, Physics and Biology respectively. I am now in the process of undergoing my MBBS Medicine degree at the University of Manchester Medical School. Currently in Year 1.

I have always been curious and love solving problems, which led me to study biochemistry at university before moving into software development. I enjoy challenges, whether it’s in science, coding, or everyday life, and I find it really rewarding to figure things out. During lockdown, I even taught myself how to solve a Rubik’s Cube, which was a fun way to test my patience and problem-solving skills. Beyond work, I love learning new things through reading and watching documentaries.
