Hey there my names Ben! I'm passionate about maths and science who loves to help those tricky concepts click for students. With my background in maths, physics and chemistry, plus years of helping students in their studied, I've discovered that learning happens best when it's engaging and applied to the real world. I specialise in tutoring maths, chemistry (physical, inorganic and organic), and physics (focus on classical and quantum mechanics) up to A-level equivalent standards. People say I have a knack for explaining complex ideas simply, and I take pride in watching people's confidence grow alongside grades. I did my undergraduate degree at University College London, I achieved a First Class Honours Degree in Natural Sciencies, specialising in Physical Chemistry, Maths and Statistics. After a few months research in academia (Machine Learning Materials Science Research) and 2 years working in industry as a Data Scientist I have returned to education to undertake an MPhil in Scientific Computing at the University of Cambridge. I am hopeful to achieve a Distinction in this course and apply my skills and knowledge in the computational drug discovery/medical fields.

Hi, I’m Lily and I’m a 19 year old student at the University of Leeds currently on my second year of completing the joint-honours degree of Spanish and International Relations. I have a passion for tutoring and I have been doing it for years in multiple different secondary schools, so I know how to engage with students and adapt my teaching methods to the particular student to ensure they can achieve the highest grade possible in a fun and relaxed setting.
