Hello! My name is Donna. I have lived and worked in different parts of England, Wales and Scotland at various times. I teach English and Humanities subjects remotely, and have done so for over 5 years; although I have worked within an educational environment for more than 15 years. Throughout this time it has been a real privilege to help students progress and reach their full potential. I personally love learning and reading, and get excited about exchanging new ideas and thoughts with my students. Students learn at different paces and in different ways so often need time to understand what they are learning. Therefore, I patiently use a variety of teaching materials to consolidate concepts, ideas and dates. These are then reinforced through in-class practice. Mini class quizzes identify areas for additional support, and exam preparation help students feel comfortable and better prepared when it comes to taking their all important exams and tests.

Hi! My name is Ross and I have recently graduated with a first-class degree in French, Spanish and Italian from Exeter University. I have lived abroad for two years studying in Italy and working in France. In France, I worked as a teaching assistant for a year which has meant that I already possess lot of experience working as a learning mentor and am really keen to continue. My name is Teo, My goal on this platform is to transfer the key skills and mental techniques along with exam techniques which are crucial to high attainment in the following subjects: A level- English literature, Economics, History (AQA and EDEXCEL) GCSE- English, History, Maths To me, education in the United Kingdom has always had one little piece missing- which in my opinion is a more personalised and relevant transferral of knowledge which students find engaging and genuinely thought provoking. Being a student who has just completed their A-levels I think I will be a relatable tutor to my students, especially for the subjects which I offer which students often trip up on due to the need for evaluative reasoning, a skill that classroom teachers simply do not have time to teach.
