Subjects: Lower Level: English, Maths GCSE: English Language, English Literature, History, Politics, Citizenship A-Level: English Language, English Literature, History, Politics Degree Level: History, Politics - All exam boards welcome! - - All ages welcome! - About me: I love sports, particularly football and tennis, as well as writing and reading. I achieved three A*'s in my A-Levels, despite having my final year hampered due to Covid. I grew up in London, before attending Nottingham University. In my spare time I play for a football team (find them on Youtube "5IVE GUYS FC"!), support Arsenal, and love going out with my friends. I pride myself on a relaxed but firm teaching style, as I believe it's important to build a relationship - a rapport with the student is a crucial part of helping them improve their work. I have helped numerous students boost their grades, as well as changing their attitude towards their studies.

I am able to teach Primary level Maths and English, and History and Psychology at GCSE, A-Level and degree level. I have experience with the following exam boards- Edexcel, AQA, WJEC and OCR. I am a children’s social worker so I have experience working with children with SEN and disability, such as dyslexia, autism, ADHD, mental health/anxiety, and learning disabilities. My teaching style is based on identifying areas we need to work on by using games and quizzes, and then recapping these topics. This prepares children for the exactly what is going to be on their exam. I am interested in gaming, specifically Pokemon, Zelda and Animal crossing. I like drawing and colouring, and building Lego. I am interested in Marvel films and collecting Pop figures.

Some of the students I have tutored have gained entry to the South Hampstead High School and Northwood College for Girls. The structure of my lessons are based around these main components: Retrieval of key information at the outset to ascertain your child's working level, and adapting the lesson based on this Empowering your child to approaching challenging questions with confidence Incorporating multimedia resources, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience Customising teaching using parent and school feedback, along with personal analysis, to develop effective lesson plans for optimal progress.
